Обов'язки

• manage financial operations, including partner commission fees, courier billing, and marketing revenue invoicing
• perform in-depth analysis of financial results, identifying underlying trends and providing insightful explanations for variances
• participate in the budgeting and forecasting process, contributing to the strategic financial planning of the business
• deliver regular management reports on business performance, offering critical insights for informed decision-making
• reconcile financial and management reports with accounting and operational data to ensure precision and reliability
• partner with HQ’s FP&A team and other business departments to address financial inquiries and provide support
• assist with month-end closing activities and contribute to comprehensive financial and management reporting
• participate in business process improvement initiatives to reduce errors and enhance overall operational efficiency

Вимоги

• bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analysis or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or advisory roles
• strong analytical and computational skills, including proficiency in data transformations and analysis, integrity checking, and complex calculations
• experience with ERP systems and accounting software
• strongIT skills, with a focus on MS Excel and Google Sheets for management reporting and analysis
• data analysis skills and experience with SQL and Looker will be an advantage
• good understanding of accounting principles
• proficiency in written English at an upper-intermediate level (B2 or higher) with ability to interpret financial documents
• high attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and correcting errors in financial data
• excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• 2 years of experience in Finance
• 2 years of experience with MS Excel
• experience in Financial Analysis will be an advantage
• experience in Accounting will be an advantage
