• Upper-Intermediate (the agency has communications with US employees)
• experience working with a remote distributed team
• experience working at a software development agency or outsourcing company
• experience identifying HR needs and generating solutions according to them
• experience implementing HR activities/programs from scratch and improving existing practices
• employee lifecycle management and support experience
• strong decision-making skills
• leadership abilities and motivation to grow into Lead/Head of HR positions
• personal skills: responsibility, result-oriented, excellent communication, love for challenge, and initiative
