Обов'язки

• develop, publish, and optimize high-quality content, videos, and media materials for a personal branding project on Instagram
• produce, refine, and share captivating content, videos, and media initiatives that resonate with our client’s corporate objectives and principles
• monitor and analyze audience feedback, social media trends, and web analytics
• engage with users, answer questions, and manage feedback
• grow and energize our audience through strategic initiatives.
• negotiate and manage advertisement agreements
• craft and execute brand development strategies across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, TikTok)
• generate reports on social media campaigns using metrics and analytics
• create and refine content plans and schedules for social media, including posts, campaigns, and promotions
• coordinate the production of captivating photo, video, graphic, and text content
• conduct social media investigations and report on emerging trends
• collaborate with different departments on social media optimization and educational strategies
• identify and address disinformation attacks, coordinating with our legal team if necessary

Вимоги

• minimum 3 years of relevant experience in SMM, communication, PR, or similar fields
• experience supervising content teams, managing social media projects with multiple stakeholders, and coordinating media launches
• exceptional copywriting skills in Ukrainian
• video editing and sound engineering experience
• proficiency in using social media polling software and creating media reports
• strong time management skills
• self-motivated with the ability to work independently or in a team
• excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant tools
• knowledge of link-analysis software and report file development
• intermediate English skills (advanced training provided)
• fluent in Ukrainian
• experience working with recognized celebrities or corporate brands
• government public relations or wartime media experience is a plus
• based in Kyiv or available for occasional travel to Kyiv
