OpenMinds is a company with a mission to pioneer the world’s most advanced cognitive and geopolitical threat intelligence and response systems, blending behavioural sciences, machine learning, and anthropology. Established in 2022 amid escalating authoritarian threats, OpenMinds now spans 20 team members across 4 countries, trusted by NATO governments and leading research centers. OpenMinds is in search of a Strategic Communications Specialist. This individual will be vital in crafting and executing behaviour change communication strategies to counter misinformation and propaganda.

• design innovative multi-channel communication strategies that align with our organisational objectives, leveraging insights from AI and behavioural sciences
• lead the development and execution of behaviour change campaigns, ensuring content resonates with targeted demographics including mainstream, hard-to-reach, and vulnerable audiences
• oversee the delivery of complex multi-channel campaigns and communications interventions, ensuring that production and implementation are managed effectively and that all outputs are audience-centric and align with the overarching communications strategy
• act as a representative of OpenMinds in high-level discussions with partners and stakeholders

Вимоги

• expertise in at least one of the following areas: strategic communications, political campaigns, PR, media, marketing, or brand strategy
• fluency in Russian language and deep knowledge of Russian political, economic, and social context (as Russian propaganda is primary topic of research)
• proven track record with digital communication channels and the ability to manage multi-faceted digital campaigns
• exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively and persuasively
• experience of working with civil society organisations, NGOs, academia or government and crafting campaigns that drive behaviour change
• creative and strategic mindset, with a proactive approach to tackling challenges
