Veterinarians simply dictate their notes into their mobile app and their scribes/Ai do the rest. Scribes clean up the notes, correct spelling and grammatical mistakes, and format them based on standard templates.

Обов'язки

• access a wide range of Veterinary Practice Management Software (PMS) including web-based and remote desktop
• manage and maintain logins for a variety of systems
• accurately input and update patient medical records, including but not limited to medical history, diagnoses, treatments, medications, and laboratory results, into veterinary practice management software
• maintain strict confidentiality of patient records and adhere to all relevant privacy and security protocols to protect sensitive information
• assist in training new team members on proper medical record-keeping procedures and the use of practice management software

• high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• minimum experience: entry-level
• proven experience in data entry, particularly in a medical or healthcare setting
• knowledge of the veterinary industry is a plus
• experience and familiarity with a wide range of software applications and tools
• fluency in English
• strong technical proficiency and familiarity with practice management software
• exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• ability to work independently and as part of a team
• excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• sensitivity to the confidential nature of patient information
• ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• home office in a quiet environment with a computer, keyboard and headset
• strong, reliable internet connection
