Swisscontact is a Swiss non-profit working to improve quality of life through private sector-led, sustainable economic development. With 130+ projects in 41 countries, it focuses on building individual skills and business competitiveness.
In Ukraine, Swisscontact runs projects in vocational education, SME development, and trade. As part of the EdUP project expansion, it supports short-term vocational training for war-affected groups — including women, veterans, IDPs, and people with special needs. The program integrates technical skills, apprenticeships, entrepreneurship, life skills, and MHPSS, in collaboration with private sector partners. Digital and flexible learning formats ensure resilience and continuity during wartime.
