Обов'язки

• act as the primary interface between the R&D team, production, and external project leads to ensure a single source of truth (SSOT)
• assist in translation of high-level project goals into technical specifications and manage the product backlog through systematic grooming and prioritization
• implement KPIs for development velocity and system performance, ensuring the project meets critical milestones (e.g., gate meetings)

Вимоги

• 4+ years of experience in product management with a deep understanding of varied frameworks
• focus on the value of the “how” and “why” of PM processes over specific niche industry knowledge
• proven ability to manage products involving both software and physical hardware components
• ability to navigate high-ambiguity environments and pivot based on technical validation results
• fluent communication skills with the ability to translate “engineer-speak” into strategic business value and vice versa
• background in aerospace, robotics, or defense technology will be an advantage
• experience working with cross-functional teams in high-pressure, mission-critical environments will be an advantage
• proficiency in Jira/Confluence, Leapsome (or similar performance tools), and data visualization platforms will be an advantage
