ARX Robotics is a dual-use technology company that specializes in developing autonomous unmanned systems and sensors for the European defense sector. The dual-use unmanned ground systems and sensors assist NATO Armies and civilian first responders in tackling their most challenging problems by providing them with training and information to make better decisions and take effective actions in life-or-death situations. ARX Robotics is looking for a Technical Service Specialist (Junior/Middle) to join the growing team in Kyiv — a technically minded and communicative specialist who will ensure the reliable operation and maintenance of advanced robotic systems. This role combines technical service, user support, and equipment maintenance. As a Technical Service Specialist, you will not only provide technical assistance and troubleshooting, but also gather valuable feedback from users, contribute to training programs, and play a role in continuous improvement of the Unmanned Ground Vehicles (UGVs).

Обов'язки

• technical support, troubleshooting and maintenance for robotic systems in the field and remotely
• diagnostics, routine maintenance and basic repairs
• customer satisfaction assurance through proactive, consistent support
• issue identification and resolution in a timely, solution-focused manner
• support for improvement initiatives through testing and validation of updates or modifications
• user training and ongoing education on UGV operation
• coordination of communication between users and the internal team to ensure fast resolution of technical or operational issues
• creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles, user guides and FAQ materials

Вимоги

• technical background in mechatronics, electronics, mechanics or related fields
• strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on mindset
• ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
• organized, proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
• English communication skills at a level not lower than B1 (spoken and written)
• experience in Technical Support, Interpersonal Skills, Problem-Solving
• robotics background will be an advantage
• experience working with defense products will be an advantage
