The leading manufacturer of control and measuring equipment, professional secure communication systems and radio monitoring. In connection with the expansion of the business, the team is looking for a talented Technical Support Engineer that will thrive in a dynamic work environment.

Обов'язки

• qualification and processing of customer requests in the ticket system
• support for customers with support requests via the ticket system, telephone or e-mail
• compliance with KPIs such as reaction or response times
• remote diagnostics and data transfers, as far as possible
• identification of the need for Field Service, RMA, Level 2 Support, parts or subcontractors, and initiation of the relevant processes
• planning of system or product-specific maintenance
• coordination of communication between customers and other service points
• documentation of all processes in the ticket system
• maintenance of the configuration data (POP/CeLo)
• traceability of service work through customer service reports according to company guidelines
• ongoing training on new devices, technical service procedures and processes

Вимоги

• radio engineering education, deep specialized knowledge
• 2 years of experience in the specialty
• Upper Intermediate English (will need to communicate a lot in English)
• knowledge in the field of IP networks
• willingness to travel within Ukraine and abroad
• communication skills, proactivity
• category B driver’s license, driving experience
• ability to work with both head and hands
• knowledge in the field of radio signal analysis will be an advantage
• experience in technical support/service will be an advantage
• radio-amateur background will be an advantage
• experience with a Customer Relationship Management Tool (CRM) will be an advantage
• experience with a Product Development Management tool (PDM) will be an advantage
