Обов'язки

• provision of 24/7 technical support to military users via secure communication channels
• remote diagnostics of incidents (video link, control, GPS, launch issues)
• analysis of flight logs (Black Box) to identify root causes of crashes or failures, including differentiation between hardware issues, pilot error, and electronic warfare impact
• initial diagnostics of returned equipment
• management of service cases: issue registration, coordination with engineers, repair timeline tracking, return shipment arrangement
• maintenance of replacement stock for critical components (cables, antennas, modules)
• participation in field testing of new hardware and software versions
• creation and maintenance of knowledge base materials (manuals, video guides, FAQs)
• collection of structured field feedback and conversion into technical tickets for the engineering team

Вимоги

Technical skills

• basic understanding of radio communication principles (signal propagation, frequency bands, antennas)
• practical electronics skills: use of measurement tools, soldering, connectors
• experience with UAV configurators (Betaflight, INAV, QGroundControl, Mission Planner)
• basic understanding of networking (IP, TCP/UDP) and Linux terminal
• English sufficient for reading technical documentation

• stress resilience and ability to operate in high-pressure environments
• strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly
• understanding of operational security (OPSEC) and digital hygiene principles
• high attention to detail and analytical mindset
