The company is an international technology startup developing cutting-edge solutions for defense. The compane are seeking a highly skilled Test Engineer to join a team of talented engineers working on critical projects related to airspace security and protection.

Обов'язки

• act as a liaison between manufacturing and engineering organizations
• design, develop, and maintain tests for semi-automatic and automated testing systems
• create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for validation, non-functional, and regression testing for embedded software components
• derive test scenarios from requirements, use cases, and analysis of system design
• contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes, methodologies, and best practices
• provide feedback and drive process and design improvements
• analyze test results, identify issues, and trace root causes
• provide training to production staff on new manufacturing processes, equipment, and safety protocols

Вимоги

• bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• practical experience in a field related to software development or electronic systems of 5 years or more
• strong debugging skills and the ability to triage regression failures
• strong programming skills with Test Stand, Python, C/C++ & Bash scripting
• experience working with or setting up databases
• ability to communicate effectively in English on professional topics
• in depth experience working with test equipment for electromechanical products
• experience with engineering change management and implementation
• comfortable with resets and changes in a fast-paced R&D environment
• strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively
• familiarity with Linux systems and using common terminal commands
• knowledge about manufacturing execution systems will be an advantage
• hands-on experience with test equipment like oscilloscopes & signal generators will be an advantage
• experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies for project management will be an advantage
