UA UxV Trainer

Design, deliver, and oversee advanced UxV training programs that bridge cutting-edge technology and operational realities. Maintain instructional excellence, and ensure training reflects evolving TTPs, Nexus updates, and safety/compliance requirements.
Report directly to the Country Operations Manager, and fall under the audit responsibility of Field Operations from Intelic HQ.

Обов'язки

Training Design & Delivery

• execute and continuously improve training programs for internal staff, military users, and B2B trainers, covering multiple UxV platforms for Nexus
• maintain training materials, including manuals, simulations, live/virtual exercises, and execute “train-the-trainer” programs

Instructional Leadership

• conduct on-site and remote certification of instructors/operators
• mentor, certify, and quality-control medior and junior trainers, ensuring adherence to operational and safety standards

Operational Integration

• collaborate closely with Field Operations (HQ), Forward Operations (HQ), Product (HQ), Forward Deployed Engineers (Ukraine) and Customer Success (Ukraine) to ensure adoption visits are properly prepared, and overall training incorporates new features, mission modes, and compliance requirements
• integrate field performance and user feedback into training updates

Deployment & Compliance

• ensure all programs comply with operational safety protocols, regulations, and client-specific requirements

Вимоги

• 3+ years in technical/military/operational training
• experience in UxV operations and industry highly preferred
• demonstrated expertise in executing training programs
• excellent communication skills in Ukrainian and good communication skills in English
• strong grasp of safety compliance, certification standards, and evolving threat environments
