As a Flight Control Engineer, you’ll join our Flight Controls team to tackle some of the most complex and exciting challenges in UAV autonomy, flight dynamics, and control systems. You’ll work across the full development cycle — from modeling to real-world testing.

Обов'язки

• develop flight guidance and control algorithms for autonomous and assisted flight
• model UAV flight dynamics and design control systems based on those models
• generate C/C++ code using Matlab/Simulink and integrate it into the autopilot framework
• analyze flight data and evaluate system performance
• participate in flight testing and validation of UAV systems
• support certification and flight permit processes (e.g., for BVLOS operations)
• contribute to the continuous improvement of the product development process

Вимоги

• degree in aerospace engineering, robotics, electrical/mechanical engineering, or a related field
• strong understanding of flight mechanics and control theory
• hands-on experience with model aircraft, multicopters, or related subsystems
• proficiency in Matlab/Simulink
• strong programming skills in C/C++, with a focus on Embedded C
• experience working with Linux-based systems in an embedded environment
• familiarity with Git and version control workflows
• passion for UAVs, drones, robotics, or model aviation — you enjoy building and testing new ideas
• proactive, self-motivated, and able to take ownership of your work
• English (spoken and written), at least upper-intermediate level (B2)
• work experience with ArduPilot will be an advantage
• work experience with MatLab will be an advantage
• work experience with Linux will be an advantage
• work experience with Git will be an advantage
