Обов'язки

• provision of security advice in Ukraine to the Country Director
• support for TBI’s Duty of Care responsibilities in Ukraine
• implementation of TBI’s global security standards
• maintenance of country security frameworks, including the Essential Security Package, Risk Register, SOPs, HRE, and contingency plans
• monitoring and analysis of Ukraine’s security environment
• provision of timely, practical, and decision-focused advice to staff and leadership
• assessment of security risks related to staff movements, programme travel, leadership visits, and events
• recommendation of proportionate risk-mitigation measures
• leadership of security preparedness and resilience planning
• development of crisis-management, business-continuity, evacuation, relocation, and winterisation arrangements
• coordination of staff accountability, communications, response, and escalation during security incidents
• development of staff security awareness through onboarding, briefings, training, and exercises
• coordination with TBI headquarters, external security networks, authorities, and specialist providers
• escalation of material risks and capability gaps as required

Вимоги

• security risk-management experience of at least 5 years
• understanding of Duty of Care, security policies, risk assessments, and contingency planning
• practical experience in incident management, emergency response, and business continuity
• ability to analyse complex security information and provide clear, decision-focused advice to senior leadership
• sound judgement, independence, and problem-solving skills
• ability to identify and escalate risks appropriately
• English proficiency at CEFR B2 level or higher

Will be an advantage

• security risk-management experience in volatile or conflict-affected environments
• experience delivering security briefings or training
• experience working in Ukraine
• knowledge of the Ukrainian security environment and security networks

Умови

• locally based role in Kyiv, Ukraine
• ongoing presence in Kyiv
• employment subject to applicable Ukrainian mobilisation requirements
• no mobilisation exemption, reservation, or deferment provided by TBI
