Connecta Projects is a newly established business unit within the Connecta Consulting Group, a Ukrainian social impact group focused on Ukraine's reconstruction, European integration, and international cooperation. The team works at the intersection of development finance and project advisory, supporting Ukrainian municipalities, businesses, SMEs, and public institutions in accessing international funding, structuring bankable projects, and building partnerships that enable complex cross-border initiatives.

Обов'язки

• prepare and coordinate grant applications for SME and private sector clients across EU programmes, bilateral donor facilities, and private sector recovery instruments
• advise SME and private sector clients on funding opportunities, eligibility requirements, and application strategies
• support international businesses entering the Ukrainian market through private sector recovery facilities by coordinating local implementation and liaising with relevant institutions
• help clients develop international cooperation strategies, identify partnership opportunities, and structure cross-border collaborations
• build and maintain a structured database of grant programmes, eligibility criteria, deadlines, and application requirements
• manage client relationships throughout the project lifecycle, from initial scoping and application preparation to reporting and follow-up
• monitor developments in SME support programmes and private sector recovery instruments and identify new opportunities for clients and the team
• contribute to joint proposals and tenders requiring private sector or SME expertise

Вимоги

• 3–6 years of experience in project management, grant management, business advisory, or international cooperation
• understanding of grant instruments and programmes available to SMEs and private sector businesses, including EU-funded programmes, bilateral donor facilities, and private sector recovery instruments
• experience preparing or coordinating grant applications will be an advantage
• experience advising businesses on international cooperation strategies, including partnership development, application preparation, and reporting
• strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• strong analytical and writing skills
• excellent written and spoken English
• proficiency in Ukrainian
• ability to work with a broad range of private sector clients, from early-stage SMEs to international companies entering the Ukrainian market
