Обов'язки

• leadership of client engagements from scoping and methodology development to delivery and presentation of findings
• writing and review of research products
• assurance of sourcing quality and factual accuracy
• cooperation with the CEO on business development
• participation in client calls and preparation of proposals
• conversion of prospective client conversations into signed engagements
• management of contractors, analysts, and subject-matter experts
• use of the publication’s reporting and professional network to identify relevant stories and data
• regular communication with clients
• responsible handling of sensitive information

Вимоги

• experience in research, due diligence, consulting, or investigative journalism
• understanding of the Ukrainian defense industry or the ability to develop this knowledge quickly
• strong writing skills and ability to explain complex subjects clearly and concisely
• experience managing client-facing projects
• experience managing people
• sound judgment regarding sources, verification, and evidence-based claims
• ability to work across time zones and with a distributed team
• experience in defense, security, or emerging technology will be an advantage
