IT and Cybersecurity Senior Manager

Razom is a U.S.-based nonprofit organization founded in 2014 in response to the Revolution of Dignity. The organization brings together people and resources to support a safe, democratic, and prosperous Ukraine through humanitarian aid, civil society development, education, and advocacy.

Razom is looking for a Senior Manager of Information Technology (IT) and Cybersecurity to lead and maintain the organization’s digital infrastructure across the US and Ukraine. This hands-on role combines systems and network administration, daily technical support, cybersecurity, staff training, and the development of organization-wide IT policies and processes.

• administration of Google Workspace and organizational tools, including Slack, Zoom, Asana, and password managers
• management of IT onboarding and offboarding, including user accounts, software licenses, access permissions, and secure access removal
• daily technical support for employees using macOS and Windows
• management of office networks, VPNs, and secure remote access for teams in Ukraine and the US
• maintenance of the organization’s website, including updates, backups, security, and performance monitoring
• deployment and management of EDR software, firewalls, MFA, and other cybersecurity tools
• vulnerability assessments, phishing simulations, threat monitoring, and incident response planning
• development and updating of IT, cybersecurity, data protection, and responsible AI use policies
• employee training on digital security, OpSec, safe communication tools, and cybersecurity best practices
• support of process automation in Asana and development of a strong understanding of Razom’s internal ERP system
• management of IT vendors, external consultants, software licenses, and hardware procurement
• support of third-party data governance and secure data handling by vendors and partners
• compliance with relevant donor requirements and data protection regulations
• development of the organization’s global IT and cybersecurity strategy in line with emerging needs and threats

Вимоги

• 5+ years of experience in IT administration, IT operations, or a related field
• at least 2 years of experience in a senior, lead, or supervisory role
• experience supporting a global or distributed organization
• hands-on experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, cloud infrastructure, content management systems, and remote device management tools
• strong knowledge of network security, VPNs, MFA, encryption standards, access management, and threat mitigation
• experience supporting both macOS and Windows users
• ability to combine strategic work with daily technical and administrative tasks
• strong problem-solving skills and ability to build processes in a dynamic environment
• professional fluency in written and spoken English and Ukrainian

Will be an advantage

• experience in an NGO or with a US-based organization
• experience with Starlink, backup power systems, or other infrastructure resilience solutions in Ukraine
