• support regular financial operations, including assisting with partner commission fees, courier billing, and marketing revenue invoicing
• assist in preparing and maintaining financial reports, contributing insights on key metrics such as partner commissions, courier costs (CPO), and marketing revenue
• provide support to local management by compiling and summarizing data related to revenue streams and courier-related costs
• assist with ad revenue billing calculations, ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing for marketing activities
• monitor overdue partner debts and support Account Managers with data to help reduce outstanding balances
• participate in month-end closing activities and support comprehensive financial and management reporting
• collaborate with cross-functional teams (Account Management, Qcom, and Operations) to fulfill financial requests and maintain smooth operations
• support business process improvement initiatives by assisting with data collection and analysis to reduce errors and improve operational efficiency

Вимоги

• bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (or final-year student)
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or data analysis (internships or entry-level roles welcome)
• basic analytical and computational skills, including familiarity with data entry, accuracy checks, and simple financial calculations
• experience with MS Excel and Google Sheets, with an interest in developing reporting and data management skills
• interest in ERP systems and accounting software (experience is a plus but not required)
• understanding of basic accounting principles and willingness to learn and apply financial operations knowledge
• proficiency in written English at an intermediate level (B1) for understanding and interpreting documents and emails
• keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning and improving data accuracy
