A rapidly growing Kyiv-based strategy consultancy is looking for Strategy Consultants to advise defense industry and technology companies on complex and high-impact strategic challenges. The role involves solving complex problems analytically, creatively, and operationally in a high-pressure environment. The company is recruiting candidates at all levels, from entry-level professionals with no prior work experience to experienced project managers and experts. The role is full-time, in-person, and based in Kyiv.

Вимоги

• commitment to Ukrainian and European defense
• strong motivation to learn and develop professionally and personally
• excellent cognitive abilities
• excellent work ethic
• excellent spoken and written communication skills
• ability to work effectively in teams
• ability to consistently deliver under high pressure and in stressful situations
• working-level English (B2+)
• ability to pass relevant security checks and sign an NDA
• willingness to work full-time and in person in Kyiv
• Ukrainian language proficiency will be an advantage

For entry-level candidates

• strong academic results from a reputable university
• strong standardized university entry-exam results, if applicable
• any academic background, including literature, engineering, business, military studies, or other fields
• no prior professional experience required

For experienced candidates

• professional background in strategy consulting, M&A or other deal-related finance, military, corporate management, or government relations
• strong track record and demonstrated excellence in the relevant field
