MEAL Specialist

- Razom is a U.S.-based nonprofit organization founded in 2014 in response to the Revolution of Dignity. The organization brings together people and resources to support a safe, democratic, and prosperous Ukraine through humanitarian aid, civil society development, education, and advocacy.
- Razom is looking for a MEAL Specialist to support the development and implementation of Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) systems across the organization. Working closely with the MEAL Director and program teams, you will help strengthen data quality, conduct field research, generate insights, and support evidence-based decision-making across multiple humanitarian programs.

- support the development and implementation of MEAL tools, indicators, and data collection processes
- design surveys, questionnaires, interview guides, and focus group discussion materials
- conduct field visits, focus group discussions, and interviews with beneficiaries
- collect, clean, analyze, and validate program data
- prepare dashboards, visualizations, and analytical reports for internal teams and donors
- ensure data quality and compliance with data protection standards
- support beneficiary feedback and accountability mechanisms
- document lessons learned and contribute to organizational learning
- provide technical support to program teams on digital data collection tools and MEAL standards
- contribute to strategic planning by providing data-driven insights
Вимоги
- 3–5 years of experience in MEAL, monitoring & evaluation, or analytical roles within the NGO or humanitarian sector
- experience with quantitative and qualitative data collection
- strong Excel skills
- experience designing and managing digital surveys and mobile data collection tools
- excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- strong written and spoken English and Ukrainian
- experience with Power BI or Tableau will be an advantage
