• development and improvement of data-collection methodologies and monitoring tools
• design, administration, and maintenance of surveys, questionnaires, trackers, and other data-collection instruments
• collection, verification, processing, analysis, and maintenance of project monitoring data
• assurance of data accuracy, consistency, completeness, and compliance with donor requirements
• automation and optimisation of data-collection and management processes
• implementation and continuous improvement of project MRM systems and procedures
• quantitative and qualitative analysis of project performance and results
• analysis of trends, risks, lessons learned, and performance against indicators and targets
• preparation of analytical insights and evidence-based recommendations for project management
• support for Key Informant Interviews, Focus Group Discussions, case studies, and other learning activities
• analysis of gender-disaggregated, regional, and other cross-cutting datasets
• integration of evidence and data into project planning and decision-making
• development and maintenance of dashboards, analytical reports, and data-visualisation tools
• preparation of monitoring updates and analytical summaries for project management
• preparation and validation of data for donor, annual, and semi-annual reports and project reviews
• development of infographics, visual products, and evidence packages for communication purposes
• preparation of success stories, case studies, and learning materials based on project results
• presentation of findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders
• coordination of data-collection and reporting processes across project components
• provision of monitoring and reporting support to the project team
• identification of weaknesses, risks, and opportunities for improving MRM systems
• facilitation of discussions and working sessions on data quality and evidence-based management
• support for colleagues in applying monitoring and reporting tools and methodologies
• contribution to organisational learning within the project team

Вимоги

• bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, statistics, public policy, social sciences, information systems, data analytics, mathematics, or another relevant field
• at least 5 years of experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, Reporting, and Learning, data analysis, research, or project performance management
• experience in designing and implementing data-collection processes and analytical products
• advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• experience with Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar business-intelligence and data-visualisation tools
• experience with KoboToolbox or similar data-collection platforms
• understanding of Results-Based Management, MEL/MRM methodologies, and performance-measurement frameworks
• ability to manage and analyse large datasets and identify meaningful insights
• fluency in written and spoken Ukrainian
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• ability to independently prepare reports, presentations, and analytical materials in English
• ability to communicate effectively with international colleagues and partners
• analytical and problem-solving skills
