The International Centre for Mathematics in Ukraine (ICMU) is an independent research institution working to strengthen mathematical science in Ukraine and deepen its links with the international mathematical community. ICMU brings researchers together through scientific and educational programmes, supports young mathematicians, and creates opportunities for long-term international collaboration.

Обов'язки

  • delivery of scientific programmes and events on time, within the approved scope and budget, with all key follow-up actions completed
  • organisation of travel, accommodation, venues, catering and other programme logistics
  • collaboration with organisers to develop timelines, budgets and operational plans
  • preparation of contracts, invoices and other programme documentation
  • maintenance of accurate and up-to-date programme records
  • management of programme-related communication with lecturers, participants, partners and service providers
  • support with programme reporting, statistics and post-event follow-up

Вимоги

  • experience in administration, project management, programme coordination, or a related role
  • fluent Ukrainian and confident written and spoken English at around B2 level or higher
  • readiness to use English almost daily with lecturers, organisers, participants and external partners
  • excellent communication skills and confidence working with different people and stakeholders
  • strong attention to detail, critical thinking and a proactive approach to work
  • ability to identify potential issues, dependencies and risks and take ownership of results
  • confidence working with documents, spreadsheets and digital tools, including tools for process optimisation and automation

Умови

  • full-time employment with an official employment contract
  • net salary of 50,000+ UAH per month, depending on skills and experience
  • payment of all applicable taxes and mandatory contributions by ICMU
  • comfortable ICMU office in Kyiv with a bomb shelter, backup electricity and alternative heating during the cold season
