Компанія Quantum Systems спеціалізується на розробці, проєктуванні та виробництві безпілотних авіаційних комплексів (БПЛА). Обов'язки

• full ownership of projects across the company’s UAV product portfolio, ensuring their timely and complete execution — from planning to delivery
• proactive project progress management by asking the right questions, identifying blockers, and keeping all stakeholders aligned
• structuring projects into clear tasks and sub-tasks in Jira, with precise deadlines and assigned responsibilities
• monitoring execution status across cross-functional teams (engineering, testing, production, product, service) and escalating issues where needed
• coordination of multiple streams of work, from strategic initiatives to small-scale operational tasks — with equal attention
• ensuring that all contributors (internal and external) understand deliverables, timelines, and dependencies
• preparation and maintenance of project timelines, charts, and reporting dashboards
• acting as the central communication point for all project-related matters — aligning product, engineering, and field units
• building and sustaining effective collaboration with technical leads, system architects, and external partners, including military and governmental stakeholders

Вимоги

• 4 years of experience as a Project Manager or Technical Coordinator in a high-tech engineering environment (preferably UAV, aerospace, robotics, or defense)
• practical experience working with Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
• strong technical background with an understanding of system-level dependencies and critical paths
• proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to resolve ambiguity and act independently
• sharp focus on deadlines and ownership — ability to define, track, and enforce them
• experience managing both large and small-scale projects with close attention to detail
• expertise in Jira (epics, tasks, subtasks, linking, status flows) and experience organizing complex project boards
• excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Ukrainian
• ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
• prior experience working on UAVs or aerospace/hardware development programs will be an advantage
• existing network within defense, engineering, or product communities will be an advantage
