Обов'язки

• search for relevant international opportunities, including tenders, calls for proposals, service contracts, and other cooperation formats
• work with tender documentation and support the team in understanding application requirements
• prepare the technical part of proposals, including service descriptions, methodology, approach, team experience, and expected results
• review applications for compliance with formal and substantive requirements
• communicate with partners throughout the proposal preparation process
• clarify requirements, collect data and documentation, and coordinate the roles of all participants
• coordinate timelines, statuses, tasks, and team synchronization during proposal development
• support the development of partnerships and consortia for relevant opportunities

Вимоги

• experience working with international organizations, donor programmes, international projects, or businesses involved in international procurement on either the client or contractor side
• understanding of partnership building, consortia, and joint application processes
• understanding of how international organizations, donor institutions, and institutional clients operate
• knowledge of international tendering procedures, calls for proposals, and service contracts
• experience participating in international tenders and preparing the required documentation
• ability to analyze tender documentation, prepare application materials, and ensure compliance with requirements
• ability to develop, structure, and describe methodologies for service delivery
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
• understanding of budget development principles for international applications, particularly for the EU, UN, USAID, or similar organizations
• highly systematic approach and strong organizational skills
