Strategic Partnerships Manager

    At Intelic, you will work on technology with real operational impact. As part of a small, high-performing team, your work will directly influence how the commercial function and the Ukrainian office grow.
    You will collaborate closely with company leadership, engineers, and defence experts from across Europe, with a high level of ownership and the opportunity to expand your responsibilities as the organization scales.

Обов'язки

  • building and developing relationships with drone manufacturers and defence companies in Ukraine across scout, reconnaissance, strike, FPV, fixed-wing, bomber, transporter UAVs and unmanned ground systems (UGC)
  • managing existing partnerships and maintaining relationships with current partners
  • driving commercial agreements and MOUs with key defence industry partners
  • developing and executing a go-to-market strategy for the Ukrainian defence market
  • identifying partnership opportunities and market entry models
  • representing Intelic at defence industry events and conferences in Ukraine and Europe
  • gathering and sharing structured market intelligence with product and leadership teams
  • collaborating with the Head of Revenue and the commercial team on strategic initiatives and key accounts
  • contributing to commercial proposals, partnership documentation and cooperation frameworks

Вимоги

  • experience in business development, strategic partnerships or enterprise sales in a B2B or technology environment
  • experience managing long sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
  • ability to work independently and manage a commercial pipeline with minimal supervision
  • experience representing a company at industry events and partner meetings
  • fluent Ukrainian
  • strong English
  • willingness to travel regularly within Ukraine and across Europe
  • leadership experience or strong potential to grow into a team lead role
  • an existing network within the Ukrainian defence industry, drone manufacturing sector or government procurement structures will be an advantage
  • familiarity with Ukrainian or European military procurement processes will be an advantage
  • experience working with defence organizations, UAV communities or A-tier military units will be an advantage
