• operating UAVs for various missions in compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• conducting UAV flight training sessions (both theoretical and practical) for pilots of different skill levels
• developing and implementing training programs, materials, and assessments to improve UAV operational proficiency
• performing pre-flight and post-flight inspections to maintain UAV performance and safety
• assisting in mission planning, risk assessments, and emergency procedures
• providing leadership and oversight for flight test operations, ensuring proper coordination and execution
• managing daily scheduling and coordination of test pilots for optimal test execution
• facilitating communication between test teams, pilots, and engineering units
• staying informed about UAV industry developments and emerging technologies

Вимоги

• experience as a UAV pilot, preferably with instructional or training background of 2 years or more
• strong knowledge of UAV systems, flight dynamics, and airspace regulations
• excellent communication and teaching skills
• ability to operate in diverse environments and adapt to various UAV applications
• technical proficiency in UAV software, flight planning tools, and diagnostics
• English proficiency at upper-intermediate level or higher
